About

The idea for Wastequip Women was formed in June 2019 following a Wastequip women’s development workshop facilitated by Erika Migliaccio, Founder & Principal Consultant at Upstream HR Strategies, along with author and inspirational speaker, Kim Faith.

The workshop focused on helping the women of Wastequip to develop a signature leadership brand and help to decode our own leadership journey through Erika’s BOLD framework.  Kim introduced us to the sisterhood of different personalities and limiting thinking that often holds women back in their career journey through her book “Your Lion Inside.”

Following the event, workshop participants decided to form a Wastequip Women’s employee resource group to address topics relevant to women at Wastequip as well as topics impacting women in the broader waste and manufacturing fields.

Wastequip Women welcomes any Wastequip team member interested in learning more about the company, manufacturing, or the waste industry.

Together we will provide networking and professional development opportunities for career advancement and for the advancement of Wastequip.

We believe all women can embrace who they are,
