Networking & Collaboration
WOW organizes and hosts networking events to connect professionals across the Wastequip organization to share knowledge, support one another, and create new opportunities to collaborate and generate innovative ideas.
Leadership Development
Equipping women with the skills and confidence to take on leadership roles, WOW creates the opportunity for members to learn from internal leadership and gain outside perspective from keynote speakers.
Community Engagement
WOW believes in giving back through volunteerism, advocacy, and initiatives that support women and communities in need. From food drive donations to disaster relief cleanups, WOW takes care of our community.
