The Wastequip Women Group was created for our female
employees and provides opportunities such as professional
networking, cross-functional training, education, and
mentorship. The group promotes career and personal
development in addition to preparing members who aspire
to take on future leadership roles in our company. They hold
meetings at least six times per year through Teams, all of which
